Paradigms & Resonances // Cold War Berlin
A tower that reads Cold War Berlin through three lenses: how it is built, what it holds, and what it means.
Architecture unit of Josep Ferrando and Jordi Mansilla. The studio traced Europe from the fall of Constantinople to today; our period was the Cold War, studied through its architecture, production and cities in Berlin. The tower is a paradigm in that sense: a model of its moment, drawn as constructive, programmatic and semantic axonometries.
