Privacy
This is a personal portfolio. It has no cookies, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. The only personal data it handles is what you send through the inquiry form, plus the technical data any web server needs to work.
Who is responsible

The inquiry form
- What is collected: your name, email address, what the inquiry is about, the timing you chose and your message. The server also records the time and the IP address the form was sent from.
- Why: to read and answer your inquiry, and to keep the form free of spam and abuse (the IP address is used to limit how many messages one sender can post).
- Legal basis: steps you ask for before a possible collaboration or job (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and my legitimate interest in answering messages and protecting the site (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Where it goes: the inquiry is saved on the server that hosts this site and forwarded to my email inbox. It is not sold, shared for marketing or used for anything else.
- How long: inquiries are deleted from the server after 24 months. If we end up working together, the emails we exchange are kept for as long as the work and the law require.
- If the form cannot reach the server, it opens your own email app instead. In that case the message is sent by your email provider, under its own terms.
Server logs
The web server does not keep a log of page visits. If something goes wrong, its error messages can contain an IP address; they are used only to fix the problem (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
Cookies and local storage
No cookies are set. Your language choice (EN or RO) is remembered in your own browser's local storage. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it in your browser settings.
Fonts, scripts and images
Everything the page loads (fonts, scripts, images) comes from this server. No request goes to Google, a CDN or any other third party while you browse.
Who processes the data for me
- Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany, on servers in the EU.
- Email: the inquiry reaches me through my email provider (Microsoft, Outlook.com) and the service used to send the notification email.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data I hold about you, to correct or delete it, to limit or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable form. Write to dinu.mario@outlook.com and I will answer within one month. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, or the authority where you live or work.

Confidențialitate
Acesta este un portofoliu personal. Nu folosește cookie-uri, statistici, reclame sau urmărire. Singurele date personale pe care le prelucrează sunt cele trimise prin formularul de cerere, plus datele tehnice de care orice server web are nevoie ca să funcționeze.

Formularul de cerere
- Ce se colectează: numele, adresa de email, despre ce este cererea, termenul ales și mesajul tău. Serverul înregistrează și ora și adresa IP de pe care a fost trimis formularul.
- De ce: ca să citesc și să răspund cererii tale și ca să protejez formularul de spam și abuz (adresa IP limitează câte mesaje poate trimite o persoană).
- Temeiul legal: demersurile pe care le soliciți înaintea unei posibile colaborări sau angajări (GDPR art. 6 alin. (1) lit. b) și interesul meu legitim de a răspunde mesajelor și de a proteja site-ul (art. 6 alin. (1) lit. f).
- Unde ajung: cererea este salvată pe serverul care găzduiește site-ul și trimisă în inboxul meu de email. Nu este vândută, nu este folosită pentru marketing și nici în alt scop.
- Cât timp: cererile sunt șterse de pe server după 24 de luni. Dacă ajungem să lucrăm împreună, emailurile schimbate sunt păstrate atât cât o cer proiectul și legea.
- Dacă formularul nu poate ajunge la server, deschide propria ta aplicație de email. În acest caz mesajul este trimis de furnizorul tău de email, după propriile sale reguli.
Jurnalele serverului
Serverul web nu păstrează un jurnal al vizitelor. Dacă ceva nu funcționează, mesajele lui de eroare pot conține o adresă IP; ele sunt folosite doar ca să rezolv problema (interes legitim, art. 6 alin. (1) lit. f).
Cookie-uri și stocare locală
Nu se setează cookie-uri. Limba aleasă (EN sau RO) este reținută în stocarea locală a browserului tău. Nu părăsește dispozitivul tău și o poți șterge din setările browserului.
Fonturi, scripturi și imagini
Tot ce încarcă pagina (fonturi, scripturi, imagini) vine de pe acest server. Nicio cerere nu ajunge la Google, la un CDN sau la alt terț cât timp navighezi.
Cine prelucrează datele pentru mine
- Găzduire: Hetzner Online GmbH, Germania, pe servere din UE.
- Email: cererea ajunge la mine prin furnizorul meu de email (Microsoft, Outlook.com) și prin serviciul folosit pentru trimiterea emailului de notificare.
Drepturile tale
Poți cere să vezi datele pe care le am despre tine, să le corectezi sau să le ștergi, să limitezi sau să te opui folosirii lor ori să le primești într-un format portabil. Scrie-mi la dinu.mario@outlook.com și îți răspund în cel mult o lună. Poți depune și o plângere la o autoritate de protecție a datelor: în Spania Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, iar în România ANSPDCP, sau autoritatea din țara în care locuiești ori lucrezi.
